From 6:00 pm To 7:00 pm

This group is for experience hikers who have taken the lessons. It will be on going and poles will be provided for those who do not have them. Urban Poling involves walking with specialized poles with a rubber boot tip that absorbs vibration for walking on asphalt and propels you forward.
