Those who are at risk for future cardiovascular disease or other chronic diseases are invited to take part in the Cardiovascular Health Awareness Program & Action Plan (CHAP+AP) by attending blood pressure measurement and monitoring sessions in Goderich, Clinton, Wingham, Brussels & Seaforth. This time slot is for beginner polers as well as those who have taken the course already. For beginners: sessions will be 4 classes in length once a week. Poles will be provided during these sessions. Cost is $20.00 for the 4 classes. Pre-registration preferred.
